Since 2013, we have sourced Salacia reticulata raw material from India and processed it into extract powder through hot water extraction at GMP-certified manufacturing facilities in Japan. Beginning in 2024, production has also been expanded to India.
Since its launch, our Salacia extract has been continuously supplied to one of Japan’s leading healthcare companies, underscoring its quality, safety, and reliability in demanding commercial applications.
The extract can be supplied with active ingredient Salacinol at levels of up to 600 mg/100 g, approximately twice the concentration commonly available in the market.
